Aufgaben
  • Entwurf und Implementierung von Lösungsarchitekturen für Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Durchführung von Workshops mit Stakeholdern zur Anforderungsaufnahme und Prozessdefinition
  • Unterstützung bei Enterprise‑, Multi‑Market‑ und Multi‑Division‑CRM‑Rollouts
  • Sicherstellung von Governance, Sicherheitsmodellen und Integrationsstandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Bereitstellung skalierbarer CRM‑Lösungen
  • Unterstützung von Pre‑Sales‑Aktivitäten durch Präsentationen und technische Expertise
  • Modellierung von Prozessen und Erstellung von Lösungsdesigns entsprechend den Geschäftsanforderungen
  • Projektabhängige Reisetätigkeit

Anforderungen
  • 8–12+ Jahre Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Tiefgehende Expertise in Customer Service und Sales (Field Service & CI‑Journeys von Vorteil)
  • Fundierter Hintergrund in Lösungsdesign, Architektur und Prozessmodellierung
  • Praxiskenntnisse in Dataverse, Sicherheitsmodellen, Integrationen und Governance
  • Kenntnisse in der Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Erfahrung mit Azure‑Komponenten (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
  • Erfahrung in Enterprise‑CRM‑Rollouts über mehrere Märkte und Divisionen
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder‑Management und in der Durchführung von Workshops
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gutes Englisch
  • Hervorragende Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Microsoft‑Zertifizierungen wünschenswert
