Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

Aufgaben
  • Fachliche Leitung des Finance-Bereichs und Beratung von Kunden bei der Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Begleitung nationaler und internationaler ERP-Projekte, sowie Umsetzung von Konzepten in konkrete Resultate
  • Fit-Gap-Analysen, Erfassung von Anforderungen und Entwicklung gezielter Finance-Lösungen auf Basis von D365
  • Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzial und gezielte Umsetzung
  • Konfiguration der Anwendung, Sicherung der Datenqualität bei der Migration und reibungslose Integration in bestehende IT-Landschaften
  • Durchführung von Tests im Finance-Bereich
  • Verantwortung als Workstream-Lead oder Teilprojektleiter:in
  • Begleitung von Kunden: digitale Transformation und Etablierung von modernen Finanzprozessen (inklusive Change Support während der Implementierung) 
Anforderungen
  • Ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung, klare Kommunikation und Erfahrung in der Führung kleiner funktionaler Teams
  • Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung mit umfangreicher Berufserfahrung – idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung (z. B. geprüfte:r Bilanzbuchhalter:in)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der ERP-Beratung oder als Inhouse-Consultant mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in Supply Chain Management
  • Sicheres Auftreten in Workshops, Prozessanalysen, Fit-Gap-Bewertungen, Lösungsdesign und Umsetzung von Best Practices
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hauptbuch, Debitoren, Kreditoren und Anlagenbuchhaltung; sicher im Umgang mit HGB und deutschen Steueranforderungen, IFRS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Know-how in Kostenrechnung und Controlling ist ein Plus
  • Starkes Interesse an neuen Technologien – idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Copilot und KI-Lösungen
  • Reisebereitschaft für Kundenprojekte
  • Deutsch fließend, Englisch sicher
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen
  • Zertifizierungen MB-300 und MB-310
  • Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierung, Data Management Framework, Power Platform oder Power BI
