Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Aufgaben
  • Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten innerhalb von Zeitrahmen, Budget und Umfang
  • Definition von Projektzielen, ‑umfang und Ergebnissen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern
  • Erstellung detaillierter Projektpläne inklusive Zeitplänen, Ressourcenallokation und Budgets
  • Führung und Koordination funktionsübergreifender Teams zur Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Projektdurchführung
  • Überwachung des Projektfortschritts, Identifikation von Risiken und Umsetzung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Kommunikation von Projektstatus, Updates und Ergebnissen an Stakeholder und das Management
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung organisatorischer Standards, Qualitätsrichtlinien und Governance‑Prozesse
  • Steuerung von Vendor‑Beziehungen und externen Partnern, wo erforderlich
  • Durchführung von Projektabschlussbewertungen und Ableitung von Lessons Learned zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Management, IT oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • 5–10 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in unterschiedlichen Branchen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement‑Methoden (insbesondere agile Vorgehensweisen)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement‑Tools wie Jira und Azure DevOps
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs‑, Kommunikations‑ und Stakeholder‑Management‑Fähigkeiten
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Budgets, Zeitplänen und Ressourcen
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Microsoft Dynamics 365, um Projektstrukturen und typische Herausforderungen in diesem Umfeld einschätzen zu können
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen
  • Zertifizierungen wie PMP, PRINCE2 oder agile Qualifikationen (z. B. Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner)
  • Erfahrung in internationalen oder grenzüberschreitenden Projekten
