CRM Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung, Anpassung und Wartung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, Customer Service)
  • Design und Implementierung von Workflows, Plugins, Integrationen und Automatisierungen zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Business Analysts und Stakeholdern zur Anforderungsaufnahme und Umsetzung in technische Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung von Datenintegrität, Sicherheit und Compliance innerhalb der CRM‑Systeme
  • Durchführung von System‑Upgrades, Migrationen und Performance‑Optimierungen
  • Technischer Support, Fehlerbehebung und Schulung von Endanwendern
  • Dokumentation von technischen Designs, Konfigurationen und Prozessen
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Fachbereichs
  • 3–7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Anpassung von CRM‑Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Kenntnisse in API‑Integrationen, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) sowie Cloud‑Technologien (Azure, AWS)
  • Erfahrung mit Azure DevOps, ALM‑Konzepten, Deployment Pipelines und Code‑Wartung
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Integration mit dem Azure Stack (Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
  • Fundiertes Verständnis agiler Projektmethoden
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs‑, Kommunikations‑ und Teamfähigkeiten
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten und multikulturellen Umgebungen
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Zertifizierungen (z. B. PL‑400, PL‑200)
