AOI-Programmierer (m/w/d) SMD-Fertigung

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung und Anpassung von AOI-Programmen, AOI-Statistiken und Wartung von AOI-Anlagen gehören zu Ihren Kernaufgaben.
  • Auch sind Sie für die optische Kontrolle von bestückten Baugruppen verantwortlich
Von Vorteil wäre die Bereitschaft zur Durchführung von Endkontrolltätigkeiten:
  • Sie nehmen die optische Prüfung und die Endkontrolle von Baugruppen vor
  • Sie bedienen das manuelle OI-System und die Röntgenanlage
  • Sie sind für die Fehlerbeurteilung nach IPC-A-610 zuständig und führen die Fehlerstatistik
  • Ebenso prüfen Sie Lieferunterlagen
Ihr Profil:
  • Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich
  • Ihre zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie Ihre Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich AOI sind wünschenswert
  • Sie verfügen bereits über erste Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der Elektronikfertigung
  • Bereits erworbene Kenntnisse in den Richtlinien J-STD-001 und/oder IPC-A-610 sind von Vorteil
