Your Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of automation projects from planning through final implementation. Your key responsibilities include:

Project Coordination & Documentation
Organize and maintain detailed meeting minutes and project documentation
Manage contractual obligations and ensure alignment with project scope
Create and maintain technical and illustrative project documentation
Prepare and manage comprehensive project progress reports

Project Execution & Delivery
Execute project development and implementation protocols
Manage multiple projects simultaneously (remote and onsite)
Review and coordinate project schedules with team members and clients
Ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and scope

Stakeholder & Contractor Management
Lead negotiations with local contractors (RFQs and RFPs)
Oversee contractors to ensure fulfillment of contractual tasks and obligations
Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

Technical & Operational Support
Support onsite equipment commissioning, testing, and full implementation
Lead onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting
Provide operational and technical training to clients

Additional responsibilities may be assigned depending on project scope and complexity.

 

Your Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in AGV industry or automated logistics system integration projects
Proven experience in project implementation and delivery management
Strong understanding of industry systems and automation products
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Business negotiation experience
Ability to oversee and control complete project lifecycles
Experience leading teams with a strong sense of responsibility and proactive mindset
High resilience under pressure and willingness to travel on short notice
