Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and passionate candidates with an engineering background in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics or Computing Engineering.

The ideal candidate holds at least an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a relevant field. This role requires flexibility to travel across Europe, the ability to work under demanding conditions and strong communication skills in English in addition to a native language (German or Chinese).
 


Key Responsibilities
Execute project tasks according to the project plan under the guidance of the Project Manager:
- Site layout and engineering design
- Site setup
- Commissioning of mobile robots and related systems
- Customer operational training
- Remote support and production support
Actively participate in project control activities, including schedule, cost and quality management.
Lead, manage and coordinate site contractors and vendors.
Maintain close communication with customers, foster strong working relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Review project deliverables and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Provide on-site operational and technical training to customers.
Ensure project compliance with applicable codes, standards, policies and performance specifications.

 

Your profile:
Educational background in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics or Computing Engineering.
Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Business negotiation skills are an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure with a high level of motivation and adaptability to long-term business travel.
Proficiency in English in addition to a native language (German or Chinese).
Ability to perform software system setup, configuration and scripting.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SQL databases and common programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript is considered an advantage.
