Verfahrensmechaniker Prozessoptimierung (m/w/d)

  • Einrichtung, Umrüstung und Überwachung moderner Spritzgussmaschinen mit Fokus auf Prozesssicherheit und Effizienz
  • Durchführung anspruchsvoller Produktionsaufträge sowie Optimierung von Zykluszeiten, Parametern und Abläufen
  • Fachlicher Austausch mit dem Werkzeugbau und Unterstützung bei technischen Herausforderungen
  • Einarbeitung und Anleitung von Produktionshelfer:innen zur Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Qualitätsniveaus
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorgaben im Produktionsbereich
Was wir uns von dir wünschen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker (Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Spritzguss, idealerweise im Bereich Bemusterung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einrichten und Bedienen von Spritzgussmaschinen
  • Praxisorientiertes Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
