Servicekraft Poolexchange – MDE Staging (m/w/d) Standort Norderstedt/Hamburg

Als Servicekraft im Bereich MDE (Mobile Datenerfassung) mit Schwerpunkt Staging sind Sie verantwortlich für die Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung mobiler Endgeräte (z. B. Handscanner, Drucker). Sie stellen sicher, dass die Geräte nach definierten Vorgaben vorbereitet und einsatzbereit zur Verfügung stehen.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

Staging & Poolaustausch
  • Vorbereitung und Einrichtung von MDE-Geräten nach Standards und Kundenanforderungen
  • Installation von Betriebssystemen, Firmware und Applikationen (inkl. Updates und Sicherheitspatches)
  • Durchführung von Konfigurationen (z. B. Netzwerkeinstellungen, Benutzerprofile, Sicherheit)
  • Geräte-Management im Poolbetrieb:
  • Annahme, Prüfung und Dokumentation zurückgesendeter Geräte
  • Aufbereitung, Zurücksetzen und Wiederherstellung in den Soll-Zustand
  • Bereitstellung von Austauschgeräten
  • Sicherstellung der Einsatzfähigkeit durch Funktionstests
Dokumentation & Qualitätssicherung
  • Dokumentation von Geräteinformationen (Seriennummern, Softwarestände etc.)
  • Durchführung von Funktionstests und Qualitätskontrollen im Rahmen des Staging-Prozesses
Anforderungen
  • Technisches Verständnis für Betriebssysteme, Apps und Konfigurationen
  • Erfahrung mit Staging- und Rollout-Prozessen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
