Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Sie:
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Niederlassungen und Kunden im In- und Ausland.
  • Sie führen Tests, Freigaben, Installationen und Schulungen für unsere Softwareprodukte durch.
Er­fah­rung die Sie mit­brin­gen soll­ten:
  • Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Umfeld, ggfs. auch Quereinsteiger
  • Weiterhin bringen Sie allgemeine IT-Kenntnisse mit (Netzwerke, Server, Datenbanken, usw.) und verfügen idealerweise über Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Zeitmanagement.
  • Sie haben gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind bereits erfahren im Umgang mit Kunden und haben rhetorische und didaktische Fähigkeiten zur Durchführung von Schulungen.
