Teamleiter (w/m/d) Architektur

Wir bauen auf Sicherheit. Wir bauen auf Erfahrung. Wir bauen auf DICH.Du führst unser Architektur-Hausbau-Team, koordinierst die Architekten und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Planung, Vertrieb und Bemusterung.Das erwartet Dich
  • Disziplinarische Führung des Bereichs Architektur Hausbau (ca. 6 Mitarbeitende)
  • Betreuung der in- und externen Architekten
  • Ansprechpartner für den Vertrieb und nachfolgende Abteilungen
  • Vorbereiten und Führen von Planungsgesprächen
  • Erstellen von Planvorlagen zur Bemusterung
Das bringst Du mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Hoch-/Fachhochschulstudium der Architektur, Bautechniker oder Bauingenieur (w/m/d)
  • Bauvorlageberechtigung der Architektenkammer
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bauwesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV- und CAD-Programmen
  • Grundkenntnisse in BIM
  • Erfahrung in Eingabeplanung von Ein- und Zweifamilienhäusern
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie kommunikative Art und Teamfähigkeit
