  • Organisation, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der gewerblichen, kaufmännischen sowie technischen Ausbildung
  • Ansprechpartner für Auszubildende, Ausbilder, Fachabteilungen, Berufsschulen sowie IHK/HWK
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller ausbildungsrechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei Azubi-Recruiting, Messen, Schulkooperationen und Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Weiterbildungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen
  • Weiterentwicklung moderner Lernformate (z. B. digitale Schulungen, Workshops, Projekte)
  • Koordination und Durchführung des Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagements
Das bringst Du mit
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung oder Studium (z. B. BWL, Personalmanagement o. Ä.)
  • Idealerweise AEVO-Schein (Ausbildereignung) oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Ausbildung, Personalentwicklung oder Weiterbildung wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, organisatorisches Talent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
