Ausstattungsberater / Technischer Berater (w/m/d) Haus- und Wohnbau

Wir bauen auf Sicherheit. Wir bauen auf Erfahrung. Wir bauen auf DICH.Du begleitest Bauherren souverän durch den gesamten Bemusterungsprozess – von der Auswahl bis zur finalen Abstimmung.Das erwartet Dich
  • Durchführen von Bemusterungen: Protokollierung und Eintragung in die Bemusterungspläne
  • Preisanpassungen: Umsetzen von Preisanpassungen und Bearbeiten von Änderungen während der Bemusterung
  • Erstellen von Kalkulationen: Präzise Kalkulationen zur Unterstützung der Kundenentscheidungen
  • Kundendurchführung: Zielgerichtete und kompetente Führung der Bauherren durch den Bemusterungsprozess
  • Vertriebsunterstützung: Werksführungen und Vorbemusterungen
  • Absprache mit Bauherren: Klärung offener Punkte aus dem Planungsaufriss
  • Bei Wohnbauprojekten: Zusätzlich Abstimmung mit der Statik sowie mit Energieberatern, Brandschutz- und Schallschutzgutachtern (w/m/d)
Das bringst Du mit
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung im Bausektor mit Vertriebsorientierung, alternativ gerne auch Quereinsteiger (w/m/d) aus dem Handwerk
  • Räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen: Fähigkeit, Kundenwünsche in konstruktive Vorgaben umzusetzen.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Selbstbewusstes und seriöses Auftreten
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
