Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Inbetriebnahme, Optimierung und Störungsbehebung von Urmet-/Grothe-Produkten wie Audio-/Video-Sprechanlagen und Videoüberwachungsanlagen Zutrittskontrollsystemen und Alarmsystemen.
  • Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen und Parametrierungen.
  • Technische Klärung von Sachverhalten mit Kunden und Lieferanten.
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Kunden Remote und on-site.
  • Gelegentliche Servicefahrten bundesweit.
 

Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Bereich.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Türkommunikationssystemen und Videoüberwachungstechnik
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zutrittskontrollsystemen und Alarmtechnik wünschenswert.
  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt.
  • Englisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
