Vorarbeiter:in Reinigung (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Organisation und Koordination des internen Reinigungsteams
  • Einsatz- und Reinigungsplanung
  • Qualitätskontrolle der Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Einweisung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Materialverwaltung und Bestellwesen
  • Kommunikation mit Facility Management/Empfang und anderen Abteilungen
  • Reinigung von Büro- und Gemeinschaftsflächen
  • Pflege von Sanitärbereichen und Küchenzonen
Dein Profil:
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gebäudereinigung oder Hauswirtschaft wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Gebäudereinigung in ähnlicher Position
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Kenntnisse in Arbeitsschutz und Hygienestandards
  • teamorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
