Ausbildung Kaufleute für Büromanagement (m/w/d)

Deine Ausbildungsinhalte:

Du wirst in deinen 3 Ausbildungsjahren verschiedene Stationen im Unternehmen durchlaufen, wobei dein Schwerpunkt im Bereich Assistenz und Sekretariat der Geschäftsführung liegen wird.

Folgenden Lerninhalten wirst du in deiner Ausbildung begegnen:
  • Sekretariat: Terminkoordination und Korrespondenzbearbeitung, Organisation von Reisen im Geschäftsführungssekretariat, Sekretariatsführung
  • Personalwesen: Personalsachbearbeitung, Bewerbungsmanagement und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
  • Vertriebswesen: Angebots- & Vertragserstellung sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden & Partnern
  • Marketing: Grafiken und externes Eventmanagement
  • Buchhaltung: Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Dein Profil:
  • mindestens guter Schulabschluss (allg. Hochschulreife oder Fachhochschulreife)
  • erste Berührungspunkte im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
  • selbstbewusstes, offenes und freundliches Auftreten
  • wissbegierig und teamfähig
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
