Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)

 

Dafür brauchen wir Deine Unterstützung
  • Etablierung einer Marketingposition im Unternehmen
  • Aufbau der Corporate Identity
  • Koordination und Umsetzung von Marketing-Maßnahmen – von der ersten Idee bis hin zur Erfolgskontrolle
  • Analyse des Marktes, der Kundeninteressen und des Wettbewerbs
  • Vorbereitung fachlicher Messen, Workshops und diverser Firmenauftritte
  • Pflegen der Inhalte unserer Unternehmens-Website
  • Entwicklung und Koordinierung von Marketingmaßnahmen und -kampagnen zur Steigerung der Reichweite und Unternehmensbekanntheit
  • Entwicklung und Erstellung von Printprodukten und Anzeigen
  • Enge Abstimmung und Etablierung einer Schnittstelle zum technischen Vertrieb und weiteren Abteilungen
 

Das bringst Du mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt im Marketing, Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis oder Bereitschaft, sich dieses anzueignen; idealerweise Vorkenntnisse im Bereich (Sonder-)Maschinenbau
  • Kenntnisse zu den Themen Brand Building, Copywriting, Content-Marketing, Suchmaschinenoptimierung, Networking und Social Media Marketing
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen Designprogrammen
  • Kreative, innovative und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationstalent, Kontaktfreude und Kundenorientierung
  • Gute und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
  • Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
