DEINE MISSION
  • Du durchleuchtest bestehende Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden, identifizierst wertvolle Digitalisierungspotenziale und gießt alle Anforderungen in eine glasklare Dokumentation.
  • In Workshops bringst du alle an einen Tisch und übersetzt komplexe Wünsche in präzise User Stories und Epics. Als zentraler Sparringspartner für UX, Design und Entwicklung sorgst du dafür, dass brillante Ideen auch brillant umgesetzt werden.
  • Du bist der Wächter der Qualität: Durch System- und User Acceptance Tests (UAT) stellst du sicher, dass die Lösung am Ende perfekt funktioniert. Mit gezielten Schulungen und einer reibungslosen Übergabe machst du unsere Kunden zu echten Fans ihrer neuen digitalen Werkzeuge.

DEIN PROFIL
  • Erfahrung in der Business Analyse (IREB).
  • Scharfer Verstand für IT- und Geschäftsprozesse (UML/BPMN).
  • Kommunikationsstark, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
