REGIONALLEITER VERTRIEBSGEBIET ÖSTERREICH (M/W/D)

Zur Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Regionalleiter Vertriebsgebiet Österreich (m/w/d) in Vollzeit am Standort Engerwitzdorf.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams in der Region Österreich
  • Allgemeine vertriebliche Tätigkeiten (Kundengewinnung, Kundenbetreuung, Kundenberatung)
  • Verantwortung, Steuerung und Organisation der gesamten Vertriebsaktivitäten und des operativen Bereichs in Österreich
  • Koordination zwischen Region und Zentralverwaltung
  • Umsatz- und Ertragssteigerung in der Region
  • Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Kosten- und Budgetgrenzen
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse
Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise bereits erste Führungserfahrung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige sowie ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Engagement
  • Serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Zuverlässig und flexibel, sowie Reisebereitschaft
Es erwartet Dich ein marktkonformes, auf dem anzuwendenden Kollektivvertrag basierendes Gehalt von 48.600 € bis 58.900 €. Für Dich schnüren wir jedoch ein attraktives Paket, das Deine Expertise und Erfahrung berücksichtigt.
