Service Coordinator (m/w/d)

Für unseren Bereich Mitgliederservice & Entwicklung suchen wir in Vollzeit zur Elternzeitvertretung für zwei Jahre befristet mit der Option auf Festeinstellung eine/n Service Coordinator (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du organisierst Jahresgespräche mit unseren externen Partnern
  • Du bearbeitest Vertragsanpassungen und bereitest Neuverträge vor
  • Du koordinierst das Onboarding neuer Partner
  • Du organisierst unsere Mitgliederveranstaltungen
  • Du berätst unsere Mitglieder telefonisch und schriftlich
  • Du bist für die CRM-Datenpflege zuständig
  • Du arbeitest in Projekten mit
Deine Skills  
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung oder einen Bachelor (BWL)
  • Deine Kommunikations-Skills sind eine Stärke von Dir
  • Du magst den Austausch am Telefon und berätst gerne 
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind sehr gut
  • Du bringst eine hohe Service-Orientierung mit
  • Du hast idealerweise schon Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst gesammelt
  • Du hast ein positives und zukunftsorientiertes Mindset

Requirements
