VERTRIEBSKOORDINATOR (M/W/D)

Ihre Herausforderung:
  • Analyse von Wettbewerbsangeboten und Marktbeobachtung sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen für interne und externe Zwecke
  • Abstimmung von Sonderkonditionen mit den Gebietsleitungen
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Projektarbeiten
  • Permanenter Austausch mit den Gebietsleitungen und der Vertriebsleitung
  • Koordination, Initiierung, Planung und Analyse der Kundenfinanzierungs-/Leasing-Aktivitäten zwischen den Vertriebssparten
  • Ausarbeitung und Unterbreitung von Vorschlägen zur Produktgestaltung, zu Konditionen sowie für Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Überwachung aller für die Einführung neu entwickelter Produkte erforderlichen Maßnahmen inklusive systemseitiger Implementierung
  • Verantwortung für die Abstimmung von Rundschreibeninhalten und Veranlassung der Kommunikation über den Bereich Marketing
  • Mitwirkung im Pricing Committee und Restwert-/Risiko-Komitee sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem Restwert-Komitee bei der Festlegung der Fahrzeugrestwerte
  • Mitarbeit bei der Bereitstellung und Weiterentwicklung von POS-Anwendungen (z.B. internes Kalkulationstool) sowie Beobachtung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Loyalitätsprodukte und -prozesse

Ihre Grundausstattung:
  • Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Marketing- bzw. Vertriebserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Automobilbranche
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Kundenfinanzierung, Leasing und in entsprechenden Zusatzprodukten
  • Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen sowie selbstständiges, an betriebswirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten orientiertes Handeln
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Freude an der konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Präsentationskompetenz, souveränes Auftreten sowie Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsgeschick
  • Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
