ASSISTENT (M/W/D) IM VERTRIEB/BEREICH FREIZEITFAHRZEUGE

Ihre Herausforderung:
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsaußendienstes Freizeitfahrzeuge mit Verantwortung für definierte kleine Händlereinheiten in Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung des laufenden Vertriebs-Reportings (Händler- und Gebietsleiterebene), ggfs. Erstellung von Zielhochrechnungen
  • Telefonische Betreuung bestehender Händlerverbindungen im Freizeitfahrzeuge-Händlernetz der CA Auto Bank S.p.A. Niederlassung Deutschland sowie Übernahme der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit von Gebietsleitern im Vertretungsfall
  • Abwicklung des Händlerbonus und Unterstützung beim Konditionsmanagement
  • Teilnahme und Organisation von internen Meetings, der Leitmessen CMT Stuttgart und Caravan Salon Düsseldorf, Herstellertagungen, Regionalmessen und Händlerevents
  • Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebscontrolling und dem Fachbereich Marketing einschließlich Abstimmung von Rundschreiben und Veranlassung der Kommunikation über den Bereich Marketing
  • Leitung bzw. Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Projekten
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen für interne und externe Zwecke

Ihre Grundausstattung:
  • Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise Bankkaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Marketing- bzw. Vertriebserfahrung, möglichst in der Freizeitfahrzeugbranche
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Endkundenfinanzierung, Leasing und deren Zusatzprodukten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen, vorwiegend Excel und PowerPoint
  • Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen sowie selbstständiges, betriebswirtschaftlich orientiertes Arbeiten
  • Pro-aktive, kooperative und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern (m/w/d)
  • Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und gute Umgangsformen
  • Engagement, Eigeninitiative, Organisationsvermögen und Teamorientierung
