  • Administration, Implementierung und Wartung von Cloud Applikationen
  • Einrichtung und Pflege der Entwicklungs- und Testumgebungen von Cloud Applikationen
  • Analyse von Soft- und Hardwarefehlern, Behebung von Konfigurationsfehlern
  • Ausführung von Supportaufgaben im 1st und 2nd Level durch Betreuung eines Ticketsystems
  • Ausbau einer bestehenden Wissensdatenbank und Dokumentation durch Erarbeitung von Lösungsszenarien
  • Konzeption und Realisierung von Verbesserungen im Bereich Software, Security und Hardware
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachbereichen
Unsere Anforderungen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informationstechnologie
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft-Serverlösungen und -technologien wie z.B. Active Directory, Hyper-V, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, PowerShell und Remotedesktopdiensten (RDP)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Linux-Betriebssysteme sowie Monitoring-Lösungen wie z.B. PTRG, Zabbix oder Checkmk
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft Azure sowie Microsoft/Office 365 ist von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse von Webseitenprogrammierung mit PHP/ .Net sind von Vorteil
  • Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu vereinzelten Dienstreisen zum Rechenzentrum in Sachsen
  • Teamfähigkeit, ständige Lernbereitschaft und Weiterbildungswunsch

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informationstechnologie
