Werkstudent Personalentwicklung (m/w/d)

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unser Team bei administrativen Aufgaben rund um das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender sowie bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen. 

Du übernimmst die Buchung von Trainings und sorgst dafür, dass alle relevanten Daten in unserem HR-System (MS Dynamics) aktuell und gepflegt sind.

Außerdem kümmerst du dich um das Zertifikatsmanagement und die dazugehörige Dokumentation. Ein weiterer Teil deiner Aufgaben ist das Einholen von Feedback zu Trainings, um deren Qualität kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Darüber hinaus unterstützt du das Team im allgemeinen administrativen Tagesgeschäft und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Prozesse zuverlässig und strukturiert ablaufen.
