Dich erwarten:

  • Erörterung und Implementierung neuer Tools und Workflows sowie Verbesserung der Standards
  • eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten in einer offenen und kollegialen Atmosphäre

Requirements

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit öffentlichen Bauvorhaben, Großprojekten in Neubau und Umbau/ Sanierung oder Investorenprojekten • Sinn für anspruchsvolle Planungsinhalte • Terminplanung (fortgeschritten) ist für Dich kein Fremdwort • Souveräne Koordination großer Planungsteams • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in Anwendung mit Archicad (3-D-Modellierung) • Kenntnisse in Anwendung mit Solibri und Umgang mit BCF • Wünschenswert ist die Erfahrung in Projekten, die komplett in 3-D geplant wurden • BIM-Basiswissen und Erfahrung in BIM-Projekten (z.B. BIM-Koordination) • Sicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
