hep global lädt zu 2. AGV am 5. Mai 2026 in Heilbronn

Quorum bei erster Abstimmung knapp verfehlt

Die hep global GmbH lädt die Gläubiger ihres Green Bonds 2021/26 (ISIN: DE000A3H3JV5) zu einer zweiten Gläubigerversammlung (AGV) am 5. Mai 2026 in Heilbronn ein. Hintergrund ist, dass die vorangegangene Abstimmung ohne Versammlung trotz hoher Beteiligung (44,18 %) nicht beschlussfähig war, da das erforderliche Quorum von 50 % verfehlt wurde.

Für die nun einberufene Präsenzversammlung gilt ein reduziertes Quorum von 25 %, sodass die Umsetzung der geplanten Maßnahmen wahrscheinlicher wird. Zur Abstimmung steht erneut der gemeinsam mit der SdK Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V. entwickelte Beschlussvorschlag. Dieser sieht insbesondere eine Laufzeitverlängerung bis November 2027 sowie eine Zinserhöhung auf 8,0 %, falls die Anleihe nicht innerhalb von sechs Monaten nach der ursprünglichen Fälligkeit im Mai 2026 zurückgeführt wird, vor. Das erklärte Ziel von hep global ist es, den Green Bond 2021/26 vor dem 18. November 2026 vollständig zu tilgen.
