With CLAD-BOY®, AERO-LIFT demonstrates how efficiency on the construction site is being reimagined

Install more roof or wall cladding in less time

(PresseBox) (Binsdorf, )
Increasing time pressure, a shortage of skilled workers and physically demanding installation work are presenting roofing and façade contractors with ever-greater challenges. With its current campaign, AERO-LIFT is highlighting the CLAD-BOY® cordless vacuum lifter as a solution for greater efficiency, safety and productivity.

The mobile vacuum lifter enables the precise and controlled handling of sandwich panels and trapezoidal sheets – both on roofs and on façades. The aim is to significantly speed up installation processes whilst reducing the physical strain on employees.

One user sums up the effect: “With the CLAD-BOY®, we can cover twice the area in half the time.” This statement is also reflected in the cost-benefit analysis. A sample calculation shows that the CLAD-BOY® can pay for itself within a single project. On a typical construction site covering 2,500 m², for example, the project duration is reduced from 25 to 6.25 working days, whilst personnel costs fall from €20,000 to €5,000.

“The difference lies not in the material, but in the handling,” says AERO-LIFT. “Those who move roof and façade elements efficiently save time – and thus gain a real competitive advantage.” With the CLAD-BOY®, AERO-LIFT is specifically targeting tradesmen who wish to increase their productivity without taking on additional staff.
