25 years of experience, customer contact and team spirit: Nicole Kose, sales representative at AERO-LIFT Vakuumtechnik GmbH, looks back on a total of 25 years with the German company. For many years, she has been synonymous with reliability, competence and customer-focused advice.
Nicole Kose was honoured by the management team to mark this special milestone. Katja Haak and Tobias Pauli praised her many years of service and her important contribution to the development of AERO-LIFT. Particular mention was made of her strong customer loyalty and the way she enriches the sales department with her experience and empathy.
Nicole Kose chose AERO-LIFT out of conviction. ‘AERO-LIFT is a family business. Personality counts here. My gut feeling was just right,’ she recalls. To this day, she appreciates the great freedom she has in her daily work and the appreciation she receives.
She has been working in sales for many years and, with increasing responsibility, has sharpened her eye for connections and customer needs. She supports numerous customers on a long-term basis and knows that it is not individual projects that are decisive, but rather established partnerships. ‘Customers who remain loyal over the years and the trust they place in me – these are the biggest milestones for me.’ During this time, she has continuously developed both professionally and personally.
Her motivation remains unbroken to this day. For Nicole Kose, sales is above all about consulting. Direct interaction with customers, variety and working together to develop suitable solutions are what make it so appealing to her. ‘In sales, no two days are ever the same. That's exactly what I like about it.’
When she thinks back on special memories, it is not so much the big events that come to mind, but rather the many small moments in everyday life: successful projects, good conversations and shared laughter within the team. ‘It's the mix that makes it special,’ she says.
Looking to the future, Nicole Kose believes that vacuum technology will continue to grow, particularly in the areas of efficiency, ergonomics and automation. At the same time, she believes that AERO-LIFT will continue to develop steadily, while always remaining true to its roots.
