Führender deutscher Call Center-Dienstleister SNT schließt Partnerschaft mit Xerox Global Services

Der Call Center-Dienstleister SNT Deutschland AG hat Xerox Global Services mit der Erstellung einer weitgehend automatisierten Posteingangs­lösung im SNT-Customer Contact Center in Potsdam beauftragt. Dabei wird die täglich rund 8.000 Dokumente umfassende Eingangspost eines deutschen Mobilfunkanbieters, bestehend aus Mails, Briefen, Faxen und Formularen, direkt vor Ort getrennt, mit Strichcodes versehen, klassifiziert, indiziert und fallweise gescannt. Anschließend stellen die rund 15 Xerox-Mitarbeiter den Kundenbetreuern im Customer Contact Center die neuen Informationen über ein CRM-System zur Verfügung. Faxe liegen hierbei bereits binnen zwei Stunden in digitalisierter Form vor. Durch einen Automatisierungsgrad von über 70 Prozent werden sowohl die Antwortzeiten des Service Centers
