Deutsche Arbeitnehmer unzufrieden mit Technologie-Entscheidungen ihrer Unternehmen

Arbeitnehmer in Deutschland sind mehrheitlich der Meinung, dass die am Arbeitsplatz genutzte Technologie überdacht werden sollte. Ein Drittel (29 Prozent) wäre sogar bereit, das Unternehmen zu verlassen, sollte die Technologie nicht modernisiert werden. Diese Ergebnisse gehen aus der aktuellen Studie „State of Work“ [1] des Work-Management-Experten Workfront hervor.

Acht von zehn Arbeitnehmern (81 Prozent) in Deutschland glauben zudem, dass die Art und Weise, wie über Technologie am Arbeitsplatz gedacht wird, geändert werden muss. Grund hierfür scheint vor allem die relativ schlechte Informationsbeschaffung innerhalb von Unternehmen zu sein: fast alle deutschen Befragten (94 Prozent) sind der Meinung, dass Informationen so einfach
