Wechsel im Aufsichtsrat

Der börsennotierte Medizintechnikgerätehersteller WORLD OF MEDICINE hat heute einen personellen Wechsel im Aufsichtsrat bekannt gegeben. Herr Ralf Michels wurde mit Wirkung ab dem 16.9.2009 zum neuen Aufsichtsrat berufen. Herr Michels tritt die Nachfolge von Rainer Bauer an, der aufgrund seiner hohen beruflichen Belastung sein Mandat zum 15.9.2009 niedergelegt hat.

Das neue Aufsichtsratsmitglied Herr Michels hat langjährige Erfahrungen im medizinischen und kaufmännischen Bereich. Er war 14 Jahre Hauptgeschäftsführer der HELIOS Kliniken GmbH, an deren Aufbau er maßgeblich beteiligt war.
