Wolters Kluwer Deutschland hat sein Portfolio im Software-Bereich mit dem Erwerb der Trigon Data GmbH in Hilden weiter vervollständigt. Durch die Zusammenführung der Aktivitäten mit der Wolters Kluwer-Tochter AnNoText wird zugleich deren Angebot mit neuen Funktionen für den Notariatsbereich komplettiert. Wolters Kluwer Deutschland setzt damit den weiteren Ausbau des Unternehmensbereichs Software + Services konsequent fort. Dr. Karl-Lorenz Bender, der zur Gründerfamilie gehört, führt auch weiter verantwortlich das Geschäft der Trigon GmbH. Ralf Vonderstein, Geschäftsführer von AnNoText, leitet die Unternehmensintegration.
