Telefontraining bei der Wirtschaftsakademie

Wer bei geschäftlichen Telefonaten punkten will, muss die Grundregeln des professionellen Telefongesprächs beherrschen. Am 6. August bietet die Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein in Lübeck im Tagestraining "Telefonieren - aber richtig" das nötige Know-how für erfolgreiche Geschäftsgespräche.

Im kompakten Telefontraining stehen unter anderem Gesprächsführung, Zuhör- und Fragetechniken sowie eine kundenorientierte Ansprache auf dem Programm. Zudem lernen die Teilnehmenden mit schwierigen Situationen und Missverständnissen umzugehen.

Das Seminar findet in Kooperation mit der Lübeck und Travemünde Marketing GmbH im Rahmen der Serviceoffensive "Wunscherfüller" bei der Wirtschaftsakademie, Guerickestraße 6-8, statt.
