Mit Wirkung vom 1. Oktober 2005 hat der Aufsichtsrat der Wincor Nixdorf AG neben dem Vorstandsvorsitzenden Karl-Heinz Stiller sowie Finanzvorstand Eckard Heidloff drei weitere Mitglieder in den Vorstand berufen. Philip Mantle (55) - derzeit in Großbritannien Geschäftsführer der gemessen am Umsatz größten Tochtergesellschaft von Wincor Nixdorf - wird mit Beginn des neuen Geschäftsjahres 2005/2006 für das weltweite Banking-Geschäft verantwortlich sein. Jürgen Wilde (58), seit 1999 in der Geschäftsleitung von Wincor Nixdorf, übernimmt die globale Verantwortung für das Lösungsgeschäft im Handel. Stefan Auerbach (42), ebenfalls seit 1999 in der Geschäftsleitung von Wincor Nixdorf, zeichnet weltweit für den Bereich Services verantwortlich.
