The discussion and voting meeting on the insolvency proceedings of WISI Communications GmbH & Co. KG took place on Monday, 16 September 2024. The insolvency plan, prepared by the management in self-administration, was presented and unanimously approved by the creditors' meeting.

We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the reorganisation proceedings initiated by WISI Communications GmbH & Co KG in April 2024.

It was a prudent decision to file the application for reorganisation under debtor-in-possession management at an early stage. The restructuring measures taken in these proceedings were crucial to improve the competitiveness of WISI Communications GmbH &
