Webwasher Anti Virus gibt Bagle keine Chance

Eine neue Variante des Internet-Wurms Bagle.F bis Bagle.J hat sich auf den Weg gemacht und attackiert erneut die Sicherheitssysteme von Unternehmen, so warnt das Bundesamt für Sicherheit (BSI). Dabei nutzt der Virus die Schwachstelle ver- schlüsselter ZIP-Archive und entgeht so dem Virenscan am zentralen Gateway bei Internet-Providern und Unternehmen. Mit Hilfe von Webwasher Anti Virus können Anwender den bösartigen Trojaner direkt am Gateway abfangen und deaktivieren. Dank der Konfigurationshilfe Security Shield Monitor von Webwasher werden Administratoren pro-aktiv über unvollständige Sicherheitseinstellungen im Vorfeld gewarnt. Ein Wurm wie Bagle wird so geblockt, bevor er ins Netzwerk gelangen kann.
