WashTec legt Bezugspreis für die neuen Aktien fest

Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der WashTec AG haben heute den Bezugspreis für 7.600.000 neue Aktien, die den Aktionären im Rahmen der von der Hauptversammlung am 15. Juni 2005 beschlossenen Kapitalerhöhung zum Bezug angeboten werden sollen, auf 5,00 Euro je Aktie festgelegt. Die Beschlüsse zur Durchführung der Kapitalerhöhung wurden gefasst, nachdem die von der Hauptversammlung vorgegebenen Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind. Cazenove AG und die Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft als federführende Banken werden 4.761.970 Aktien mit der Verpflichtung übernehmen, sie den WashTec-Aktionären im Verhältnis 1:1 zum Bezug anzubieten. 2.838.030 Aktien werden von den Aktionären Achernar Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, Augias Vermögensverwaltung GmbH und Edelmar Vermögensverwaltung GmbH gegen Einbringung
