WACKER ernennt neuen Vertriebspartner für die Dispersionen VINNAPAS® und VINNOL®

Der Münchner WACKER-Konzern ordnet seine Vertriebsstrukturen für die polymeren Dispersionen der Marken VINNAPAS® und VINNOL® neu. Im Rahmen einer kontinuierlichen Optimierung des Vertriebsnetzwerks überträgt WACKER die Distribution der Polymerdispersionen in Großbritannien und Irland auf die bereits für WACKER tätige IMCD-Gruppe. Mit Wirkung zum 1. Oktober 2009 löst IMCD UK Ltd. den bisherigen Vertriebspartner Grolman Ltd. ab. In den Baltischen Staaten sowie Bosnien-Herzegowina, Bulgarien, Deutschland, Kroatien, Polen, Russland, Slowenien, Türkei, Ukraine und Weißrussland übernimmt IMCD ab 1. Oktober das Dispersionsgeschäft vom bisherigen Partner Biesterfeld. Weiter betreut IMCD die Polymerdispersionen von WACKER ab Oktober auch in Österreich.
