Der Verkauf des Geschäftsfelds Electrical Systems der Vossloh AG an die Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Schienenfahrzeuge GmbH, eine 100%ige Tochter der Knorr-Bremse AG, München, wurde heute erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Das Bundeskartellamt hat die erforderliche Kartellfreigabe für den am 21. Dezember 2016 unterzeichneten Veräußerungsvertrag am 20. Januar 2017 erteilt. Mit dem Vollzug der Transaktion wird die Nettofinanzschuld des Vossloh-Konzerns in einer Größenordnung von 45 Mio.EUR reduziert.
