Erhöhung der Beteiligungen an Erdgasgroßhändler SPIGAS und Endkundenversorger BLUENERGY

Die VNG - Verbundnetz Gas AG, Leipzig, erhöht zwei ihrer Beteiligungen und baut damit ihr Italien-Geschäft weiter aus. Zum einen erwarb VNG heute weitere Anteile an der SPIGAS S.r.l., La Spezia, in Höhe von 25,5 Prozent und hält nunmehr mit insgesamt 66 Prozent der Geschäftsanteile die Mehrheit an dem norditalienischen Unternehmen. Darüber hinaus erhöht VNG mit dem Erwerb weiterer Geschäftsanteile ihre mittelbare Beteiligung an der BLUENERGY Group auf insgesamt etwa 38,5 Prozent.

SPIGAS S.r.l. handelt mit Erdgas auf Großhandelsebene und versorgt Regionalversorger, Kraftwerke und Industriekunden. Im letzten Geschäftsjahr verzeichnete das Unternehmen einen Gasabsatz von rund 8,9 Milliarden Kilowattstunden (kWh).
