In der heutigen außerordentlichen Hauptversammlung haben die Aktionäre der VNG - Verbundnetz Gas Aktiengesellschaft (VNG) den Vorstandsvorsitzenden der Stadtwerke Rostock AG, Hans-Jörg Scheliga, zum neuen Aufsichtsratmitglied gewählt. Scheliga gehört seit Gründung der Stadtwerke Rostock im Jahr 1990 deren Vorstand an, seit 2003 ist er Vorstandsvorsitzender.
