Der Mittelstand benötigt mehr Innovationen und flexiblere Tarifvereinbarungen, um aktuelle Probleme der einheimischen Unternehmen lösen zu können. 75 Prozent halten einen Innovationsschub für unabdingbar, für knapp 73 Prozent (Mehrfachantworten waren erwünscht) sind flexiblere Tarifvereinbarungen von entscheidender Bedeutung. Im Gegensatz dazu ist eine Produktionsverlagerung ins Ausland als Problemlösung für den Mittelstand mehrheitlich (84 Prozent) jedoch kein Thema: Dieser Maßnahme stehen knapp 37 Prozent skeptisch und fast 47 Prozent sogar ablehnend gegenüber. Dies sind die Ergebnisse einer aktuellen, bundesweiten Studie, die The Executive Committee (TEC) vorgelegt hat.
