VIB Vermögen AG transfers MAN service station in Neuss and invests in a further service station in Freiburg

VIB Vermögen AG, a company specialising in commercial real estate portfolio management, is expanding its real estate portfolio to include two MAN service stations. The service station in Neuss, where building commenced in March this year, was transferred to its tenant yesterday. The property, which comprises a total investment volume of around EUR 9.8 million, will generate a 7.6 % rental yield. The rental contract runs for 20 years, and the rentable space amounts to around 5,100 m².

A plot of land has been acquired for a further service station in Freiburg. This project is planned to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2014. The investment volume for this property amounts to around EUR 6.7 million and will also generate a 7.6 % yield. The rentable space amounts to approximately 3,000 m² and the related rental agreements have been concluded for a period of 20 years.
