VIB Vermögen AG transfers MAN service station in Neuss and invests in a further service station in Freiburg
A plot of land has been acquired for a further service station in Freiburg. This project is planned to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2014. The investment volume for this property amounts to around EUR 6.7 million and will also generate a 7.6 % yield. The rentable space amounts to approximately 3,000 m² and the related rental agreements have been concluded for a period of 20 years.
Ludwig Schlosser, CEO of VIB Vermögen AG, explains these investments: "Longstanding customer relationships are very important to us, which is why we continue to grow along with our tenants. The fact that the financing of these properties was rapidly placed with local regional banks demonstrates the fact that our company enjoys a very good standing among lending institutions."
