Die Fachgruppe Projekt- und Facility-Management im Verband Beratender Ingenieure VBI hat in Zusammenarbeit mit dem AHO Ausschuss der Verbände und Kammern der Ingenieure und Architekten für die Honorarordnung die "Untersuchungen zum Leistungsbild und zur Honorierung für das Facilitiy- Management-Consulting" neu herausgegeben. Die Broschüre, die in der Schriftenreihe des AHO als Nr. 16 erschienen ist, wurde vollständig neu gefasst und erweitert. Sie erleichtert Bauherren und Nutzern die Orientierung bei der Vergabe von Beratungsleistungen im Facility Management. Das Leistungsbild informiert über das Immobilienmanagement, das den gesamten Lebenszyklus einer Immobilie umfasst. Dabei wird auch auf die dafür erforderlichen Grundlagen eingegangen.
