Innovationspreis-Gewinner arbeiten mit Karthago 2000

Unter dem Motto "Fit für die Zukunft - Verwaltung 2020" veranstaltete der Dachverband Deutscher Immobilienverwalter e.V. (DDIV) vom 25. bis 27. September 2008 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen den 16. Deutschen Verwaltertag. Als einer der Höhepunkte verlieh der DDIV zusammen mit Kooperationspartnern aus der Wirtschaft den Innovationspreis "Immobilienverwalter des Jahres" an die Schultheis Hausverwaltung & Immobilien GmbH, Brühl und ACTiVA Hausverwaltungs-GmbH, Köln. Beide Firmen arbeiten mit der Immobilienverwaltungssoftware Karthago 2000 aus dem Hause UTS.
