Mitte Februar überreichten Stadträtin Martina Feierling und Franz Winterhalter von der "Oberen Metzgerei Winterhalter" in Elzach sowie Josephine Fuchs, 2. Vorsitzende des Vereins Kinderherzen retten, PD Dr. Christian Schlensak, Oberarzt der Abteilung Herz- und Gefäßchirurgie, eine Spende in Höhe von 6.000 Euro für den Verein "Kinderherzen retten e. V". Das Geld war beim vierten Weihnachtsmarkt im Biergarten der Brauerei Feierling aus Standmieten, zahlreichen Besucherspenden und auch Spenden der Hausbrauerei Feierling und Winterhalter zusammengekommen.

Kinderherzen retten e. V. ist eine Initiative des Herz-Kreislauf-Zentrums mit dem Ziel, herzkranken Kindern aus armen Ländern zu helfen. In vielen Regionen der Welt müssen Kinder an
