Die ambulante geriatrische Rehabilitation kann ab sofort als Regelleistung angeboten werden. Einen entsprechenden Vertrag unterzeichneten nun das Zentrum für Geriatrie und Gerontologie in Freiburg (ZGGF) und die AOK Baden-Württemberg.

Ein leichter Schlaganfall, Diabetes mellitus und dazu Probleme mit der Hüfte. Viele ältere Menschen haben gleich eine ganze Reihe von Erkrankungen, die zusammengenommen ihren Alltag stark einschränken. Genau solchen Patienten wird in der Ambulanten Geriatrischen Rehabilitation des Zentrums für Geriatrie und Gerontologie Freiburg geholfen. Bei der Ambulanten Geriatrischen Rehabilitation (AGR) handelt es sich um ein therapeutisches Angebot für zu Hause lebende geriatrische Patienten, beispielsweise im Anschluss an eine stationäre Behandlung.
