Universität Paderborn schließt Rahmenvertrag mit der Siemens AG

Die auf eine lange Tradition beruhende Zusammenarbeit der Universität Paderborn und der Siemens AG wurde am 15.2.2010 durch Unterzeichnung eines Rahmenvertrages weiter verfestigt. Der Vertrag ist Bestandteil des sogenannten "Ambassador Program" der Siemens AG mit derzeit weltweit 20 Universitäten. Das "Ambassador Program" stärkt die langfristige Zusammenarbeit mit strategisch wichtigen akademischen Institutionen mit Siemens.

Die Siemens AG und die Universität Paderborn kooperieren seit langer Zeit in sehr intensiver Weise. Neben einer Reihe individueller gemeinsamer Projekte sind hier insbesondere die F&E Kooperation C-LAB (Cooperative Computing & Communication Laboratory - die Innovationswerkstatt von Siemens und der Universität Paderborn), die gemeinsamen Forschungsaktivitäten im
