Marktposition verstärkt sich erheblich

Die United Payment GmbH, Anbieter elektronischer Karten-Terminallösungen erweitert ihre Marktpräsenz mit dem Kauf der Münchner Nobitec GmbH, die in demselben Geschäftsfeld tätig ist. Damit erhöht die UPA die Anzahl ihres aktiven Kundenbestandes um knapp 1.000. Vorbehaltlich der Eintragung im Handelsregister wird die Übernahme rückwirkend zum 1.Januar 2004 gelten. Neuer Firmensitz der Nobitec GmbH wird Grasbrunn sein.

Die strategisch sehr interessante Übernahme verstärkt die Marktposition der UPA am Standort Bayern erheblich, da die meisten Terminals bei süddeutschen Kunden im Einsatz sind.
