UMS AG reaches Q3 targets and confirms forecast

EPS of €0.17 for the quarter

UMS United Medical Systems International AG (UMS AG)achieved third-quarter earnings per share of €0.17 from continuing operations according to the company’s preliminary numbers. The Management Board is confident that the company will meet its target earnings of €0.35 per share from continuing operations for the second half of the year despite the dollar’s continued poor performance against the euro. The EPS goal for the full year, thus, stands at €0.59.

Revenues in the third quarter totaled approximately €8.8 million, compared with €8.8 million in the same period a year ago. Currency effects are to blame for the flat year-on-year growth.Converted
